Shipping policy

International shipping

United States and Canada: free shipping. International shipping is already included in the product price shown at checkout.

All other countries: a flat rate of ¥30,000.

All international orders are shipped from Tokyo, Japan via EMS. Our products are made to order, so please allow 3–6 weeks from the date of your order for production, dispatch and transit. The estimated dispatch date for each item is shown on its product page.

Import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees are not included in the price. They are levied by the destination country and are payable by the recipient on delivery. Please check your country's import rules before ordering.

Processing time

Orders are dispatched as soon as they have been prepared following payment. Orders placed around weekends or Japanese public holidays are dispatched from the next business day onward. For pre-order items, please refer to the estimated dispatch date shown on the product page. Business days are weekdays, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, Japanese public holidays and the New Year period.

Delivery date and time

We are unfortunately unable to accept requests for a specific delivery date or time. Orders are delivered in sequence as they become ready.

If nobody is available to receive the delivery

The carrier will leave a delivery notice and will arrange redelivery once contacted. If the parcel remains undelivered 7 days after the notice is left, it will be returned to us. Where a parcel is returned to us undelivered, the cost of reshipping is charged to the customer, so please accept delivery where possible.
