【不良品について】
商品の検品・発送には万全を期しておりますが、万が一、不良品がお手元に届きました場合には新品との交換をさせていただきます。下記へ不良箇所の画像をメールに添付しご連絡をお願い致します。

ご連絡をいただいたのち、交換もしくは返品のご案内をいたします。

※ただし、お届けより３日以内にご連絡いただいた場合に限ります。

※不良品の返送と交換品の発送費用は恐れ入りますがご負担ください。

※商品が届いた後すぐに商品に不具合がないか必ずご確認ください。受け取り後、３日以降に不良が発覚した場合、それが初めて商品を使った時であっても、交換＆返品はお受けできません。予めご了承ください。

 

【お客様都合による返品・交換について】

お客様のご都合による（商品の破損・汚損以外）返品・交換は、お受け致し兼ねますので、予めご了承ください。

原則としてイメージ違い・ご注文サイズの指定間違いなどお客様都合による良品の返品・交換は一切お受けしておりません。十分ご検討の上ご注文ください。

 

【以下の項目にあてはまる場合は、返品をお受けいたしかねます】

・お届けから４日以上経過した商品

・お客様が汚損・破損された商品

・弊社以外の販売元からご購入頂いた場合

【商品特性（猫用爪とぎ・ベッド）について】
当店の商品は、猫ちゃんが実際に爪を立てて使用する「爪とぎ・ベッド」といった性質上、一度でもご使用になった商品は衛生面および品質管理の観点から再販売ができません。

そのため、不良品を除き、
開封済み・使用済みの商品（猫ちゃんが爪を立てた、乗った、寝た等を含みます）の返品・交換は一切お受けできません。

ご注文の際には、商品ページのサイズ・仕様・写真等をご確認のうえ、お間違いのないようご注意ください。

 

【海外（EU / UK を含む）からのご注文について】

当店では、日本国外からのご注文についても、上記の基本ポリシー（不良品対応・お客様都合による返品不可・使用済み商品の返品不可）を原則として適用いたします。

ただし、欧州連合（EU）およびイギリスにお住まいの個人のお客様がオンラインで商品をご購入される場合、
お住まいの国・地域の消費者保護法に基づき、一定期間内に契約を撤回できる権利（いわゆるクーリングオフ／撤回権）が認められている場合があります。

その場合は、以下の点についてあらかじめご了承ください。

  • 撤回を希望される場合は、商品お受け取り日から14日以内に、
    ご注文番号・お名前・ご住所・返品希望の旨を記載のうえ、
    Mail：info@kami-kagu.net までご連絡ください。

  • 返品時の送料や関税・各種手数料は、原則としてお客様のご負担となります。

  • お客様が商品を実店舗での確認を超えて使用された結果、
    商品の価値が減少していると当社が合理的に判断した場合には、
    その価値の減少分を差し引いた金額のみ返金、もしくは返金をお受けできない場合がございます。
    （例：爪とぎ面が大きく削れている、著しい汚れや破損がある 等）

  • 返金方法・返金時期・返金額の詳細については、お客様のご住所国の法令および当社の内部規定に基づき、
    ご連絡時のメールにて個別にご案内いたします。

なお、上記は一般的なご案内であり、最終的なお取り扱いは各国の法令に従って個別に判断させていただきます。

## For Overseas Orders (Including EU / UK Customers)

For orders shipped outside Japan, the same basic policies described above apply:  
we generally **do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience**, and we **cannot accept returns of used items**.

However, if you are an individual customer residing in the European Union (EU) or the United Kingdom (UK), you may have a statutory right to withdraw from your online purchase within a certain period (commonly 14 days) under the consumer protection laws that apply in your country or region.

If you wish to exercise such a right of withdrawal, please note the following:

- Please contact us within 14 days from the date you receive the product,  
  including your order number, name, address, and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.

- Unless otherwise required by applicable law, **the cost of returning the product (return shipping, customs duties, and any related fees) will be borne by the customer**.
- If we reasonably determine that the product has been used beyond what is necessary to inspect it as you would in a physical store,  
  and that its value has been diminished (for example, the scratching surface is noticeably worn down, or there are significant stains or damage),  
  we may **reduce the refund amount to reflect the decrease in value**, or in some cases we may not be able to issue a refund.
- Details regarding the refund method, timing, and final refund amount will be provided by email,  
  in accordance with the laws applicable in your country or region and our internal policies.
